Member Benefits

Brainspotting

Brainspotting helps patients unlock and resolve traumatic memories stored in the brain from focusing your gaze on specific spots (called “brainspots”) related to their emotional distress.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is an approach to treating trauma held in the body. SE focuses on reprocessing traumatic experiences by helping individuals discharge trapped energy and restore a sense of safety and resilience.

EMDR

During EMDR therapy, patients focus on a disturbing memory while engaging in bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, tapping, or listening to alternating tones. This stimulation is believed to help the brain process and desensitize the memory, reducing its emotional impact
